XXVIIIth UNDERWATER PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTEST “CITTA’ DI FAENZA 2006” Italy
Dear friends and underwater photo and video fans,
We wish to remind you that next Thursday 23rd February the XXVIIIth Exhibition Città di Faenza will be opened. Like in the past editions the number of participants will be very high:
47 OPEN underwater photographers
37 AMATEURS underwater photographers
for a total of 315 photos sent for all categories Portfolio, Amateurs, Mediterranean Sea, Digital Processing.
19 videos OPEN category
8 videos AMATEURS category
The Photo Jury was made up of: Franco Russo (President), Carlo Donati, Andrea Giulianini and Antonio Marcelli.
The Video Jury was made up of: Gian Melchiori (President), Fabio Ferioli and Daniele Iop.
All the results will be available on the exhibition web site: www.ameba.org/csf/it_concorsi.asp and simultaneously they will be notified to the public on Saturday 4th March when 26 authors in all, including underwater photographers and video makers, will be awarded.
This is something new for our Contest, just to keep you in suspense until the prize-giving ceremony will take place on Saturday.
We wish to thank all the participants, the fans and the sponsors and we look forward to meeting you on Saturday 4th March.
